I LOVE THIS COMPANY! What can I say? These guys are the best! Travis and his crew are very professional and courteous and they do a fantastic job. When Travis came out and talked with us about replacing the windows, he explained what he saw with our old windows and the improvements we would get by replacing. Then he showed us the windows and let us choose the style and color we wanted and he helped us with all the details. It was like talking to family. When it came time to install, they were very punctual. The crew was always working and they were very organized and efficient and they all seemed to enjoy what they were doing and they had very good rapport with us and each other. I had 19 windows that were replaced and two big bay windows that had to be rebuilt. The quality of the windows is outstanding and the price was freakin’ awesome! Thank you Freedom Windows! Sometimes you spend money on your house because you want to and sometimes because you have to. When you have to do it, it sure is nice when you love the results. I could live with the fact that most of our windows wouldn’t open and many of them had become permanently cloudy between the panes. But when they start letting in so much condensation that the sheet rock and window ledges start warping, it becomes one of those times you have to spend money. Travis Simons and his team made us feel confident through the whole process that we were getting a great product for a great price. (I’ll just say the national company we compared them to didn’t want to do 1/3 of our windows because they were “odd”, offered 1/2 the warranty at best, and still quoted us a price that was almost 50% higher.) I never knew I cared so much about windows until seeing the amazing results. A few pictures will do better justice than my words. Travis came out on Monday and gave me a bid to replace the glass in 8 panes of windows. The price was actually lower than I expected. He said that he would place the order for the double paned glass and get back to me on Thursday to let me know if the glass would be ready for installation on Friday. He called me back to inform me that the glass was ready to install on Friday. They came by, on time, and installed the glass as promised. They were also extra careful when inside the house because my carpet is a very light color. They did not leave a mess behind and we’re done in about 2 hours. Very professional. –October 2020

Great interaction with Travis. He was timely with the consult, with text communication, etc. He worked with our price point and the product we wanted and actually got us a double hung window instead of a single hung within our budget. The window turnaround was four weeks, but came in a week earlier than promised. Very hardworking crew. Our window was a beast, very large, very heavy, on the second floor. I was present during the install and they communicated very well with each other. The manufacturer sent a screen with a tear so Travis will get that replaced. Once we clean up the scuffs and prints, this window will really shine. Our previous window was not energy efficient and I have high hopes for this one come next Texas summer. –October 2020

We’ve always had really bad issues with heat since we got this house. Up until the point we met with Travis and had Freedom Windows replace all our windows and doors, we had 3 additional A/C window units to attempt to make the house bearable over the summer. It would be 80+ degrees in the house even with all 4 A/C units running and would get so hot during the day we couldn’t even use our kitchen. Last night was amazing as it was the first time in 13 years that the A/C has actually reached the temp we set it at! We are currently at 70 degrees and holding strong! This is so awesome!
